Due to the nature of our products, returns may not be accepted once an order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and photographs where applicable.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds may not be available where products have been used, altered, mishandled or where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
